Trift Glacier, one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever seen.
It took me about 1hr to find this sweet spot, it would’ve been great to have either a parachute or climbing rope with me…
this is by far the greatest landscape i’ve seen, although, it’s shot in portrait :p congrats! however, next time, i’ll borrow you my paraglider, but i wouldn’t be confortable enough with shooting and piloting at the same time.
thanks mike, but imagine what pictures could’ve been done during a flight under the bridge….i’m sure the forensics guys would’ve appreciated the great work 🙂
nerry xmas and a happy new year boca. one piece of information is missing from the picture you’ve published first and again, it is astonishing, but there’s no detail about the location, some other people might be interested in visiting. geo tagging?!
ah, oops. i’m still drunk. it’s the trift glacier, as YOU ACTUALLY WROTE, but i read “the glacier”, and i was whatta… there should be more than at least one in this world. so, since i’ve done the digging, allow me to quote wiki:
” The Trift Glacier (German: Triftgletscher) is a 5 km long glacier (2005) situated in the Urner Alps in the canton of Berne in Switzerland. In 1973 it had an area of 16.6 km².”
ho ho ho [ho ho ho], echo [echo, echo], ulap [ulap, ulap, ulap]…
